This is a scene I am very much interested in getting feedback from. The way in which Thorin's 'dragonsickness' was portrayed in the trilogy is definitely a point of contention. Some see it as just an artistic interpretation of the source material, where as others feel it was completely blown out of proportion and a colossal misinterpretation of what some would argue was just another name to convey greed.
