Description: The video is a simulation model of viral transmission through a 3-dimensional lawn of randomly disbursed, bacterial cells.nnFor each unit of time in the simulation (animation frame), healthy cells (yellow) have a probability of being infected by virulent neighbor cells (red) within close proximity (about 3x cells size).nnIf an unaffected neighbor cell is within transmission distance to an infected neighbor, a value is pulled from a random number generator and compared to an infection coefficient
