Description: This ceremony took place at Lakou Souvnans on Easter Eve, March 30, 2013. Lakou Souvnans is a Vodou temple in the Dahomian tradition (in Gonayiv one also finds Kongo, Nago (Yoruba) and other national traditions). Lakou Souvnans will celebrate 200 years of existence in 2015. It is considered a world heritage site and is one of the best known Vodou temples in the world.
